Denise Nostrom, a life-long resident of Long Island, entered the financial services industry in 1990. She began her career at Smith Barney as a portfolio assistant. She moved onto a smaller firm still working in the capacity of a portfolio assistant, but she did not feel that her ambitions were being fulfilled. So, after 4 years, Denise made the decision to start her own firm, Diversified Financial Solutions, in 1996.

Denise is a branch manager with Series 7, 24, 51, 53 and 63. She is licensed in 17 states (AZ, CO, CT, DC, FL, IL, MA, MD, MN, NJ, NY, NC, PA, SC, TN, TX & VT) maintains and exceeds the minimum continuing education standards required to sustain her ChFC & CLU designation as well as her Life, Health, and Annuity License and Securities Registrations.

Denise has seen her clients successfully send their children to college, pay down debt, buy their first homes, retire, and much more. Her goal is to provide clients with an easier life, because after their finances are taken care of, they have more room to enjoy the simple things. Speaking of simple things, Denise also enjoys the simple pleasures of life. She loves spending time with her husband and daughter, and enjoying summer weekends on their beautiful boat, sweetly named “M ’luv”. She also loves hanging out with her adorable puppy, Winnie. And, of course, after a long day at the office, Denise looks forward to her weekly yoga sessions to keep her Zen!
